At 3P Construction LLC (hereafter referred to as "we" or "us") we do not sell or share your consumer (hereafter referred as "you") data with third parties.

We collect only the information required to establish contact with you, to provide project estimates, to carry out the work we have been contracted to do, to obtain permits from the appropriate government agencies that regulate construction projects in your jurisdiction, and to bill and collect payments from you or your insurance company.

We collect this data from you via our website, via phone and e-mail communications, or in person. We use the latest administrative, technical, and physical data security practices to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of your personal data.

We share the minimal data required for subcontractors hired by 3P Construction LLC to carry out the part(s) of your project they have been hired to complete.

We may use your data only for 3P Construction LLC future communications with you to follow up on your satisfaction with our work, and to target future advertisements and offers. You may opt-out at any time to stop targeted advertisement or offer communications. We will remove you from such communications within 30 days of your request.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data. You also have the express right to obtain from us a list of third parties to which we have disclosed your personal data. We will process your request within 30 days.

We do not do any profiling on you. "Profiling" is defined as "any form of automated processing performed on personal data to evaluate, analyze, or predict personal aspects related to an identified or identifiable consumer's economic situation, health, demographic characteristics, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements."

We do not collect data from minors, and we don't collect sensitive data. "Sensitive data" is personal data that includes racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, mental or physical health data, sex life, sex orientation, status as transgender or nonbinary, national original, citizenship or immigration status, genetic or biometric data, children's data, and precise geolocation data.

By conducting business with us, you give us the opportunity to cure an alleged data privacy violation within 45 days of the alleged violation.
